Lean LifeYou haven't lost yourself. You've just been running on empty.
Physician-supervised medical weight loss, built for how your body works after 40, not before it. In person, in Old Bridge.
See if I qualifyTakes 60 seconds. Your consultation with Dr. Whiteman is free, and no card is required to book.
You've tried the diets. You're doing the workouts. So why does your body feel like it's working against you?
The kind coffee can't fix, even after a full night's sleep.
Eating less and moving more than ever, and the scale won't move.
A haze you can't quite explain and can't shake.
When you know something is genuinely off.
Every plan works for a few weeks, then quietly stops.
In a body that used to respond the way you expected.
"This isn't a willpower problem. After 40, your hormones shift in ways that make your old strategies obsolete. It's not you, it's biology. And biology can be optimized."
"I did everything right and still gained weight."
Weight Watchers. Noom. Keto. Peloton. The nutritionist that cost $2,400. The supplements off Instagram. Each one worked for six weeks, then stopped — and somewhere along the way you started blaming yourself for a body that simply stopped responding the way it used to.
Here's what nobody told you: every program you tried was built around willpower. Willpower is the wrong tool when biology is the problem — your metabolism shifts, your hormones shift, your body stops responding to inputs that used to work. Your body wasn't asking for more effort. It was asking for a different conversation.
We don't guess. We test.
Every Lean Life plan is built by Dr. Whiteman from your history, your bloodwork when he decides it would help, and what your body actually does month over month. Not a one-size-fits-all template.
- Physician-built, personalized to your labs and your history
- Oral or injectable medication options, matched to your life
- Monthly in-person monitoring and dose adjustments
- Not a template. Built from your biology.
A real doctor sits down with you.
Sit across from Dr. Whiteman. A full conversation about what you've already tried, why it stopped working, and where your body is right now — plus bloodwork if your doctor decides you need it. No 4-question form. No chatbot triage. The decision is based on you, not a checkbox.
Oral or injectable. Whatever fits your life.
If you're a candidate, you walk out with an FDA-approved medication tailored to your labs. Dr. Whiteman picks the protocol that fits your body, not the one with the highest margin — a daily pill or a weekly injection, matched to what your body actually needs.
Once you're on medication, check-ins are free. Come as often as you need.
Monthly visits are built into the program, but you don't have to wait if something comes up. Have a question about dosing, a side effect to talk through, or just want to step on the scale and look at the trend? Walk in or text Dr. Whiteman directly — current patients never pay for a check-in.
Some patients prefer pills. Some prefer the shot. We do both.
Daily oral medication
For patients who'd rather skip needles. A daily tablet you take with breakfast. Dose is adjusted at your monthly visit based on how your body responds.
Weekly self-administered injection
The most-studied protocol in the category. One small injection per week, at home. We show you exactly how at your first visit. Dose titrates monthly under Dr. Whiteman's care.
FDA-approved medication options. Final protocol determined by your doctor based on your labs, history, and goals.
"I'm not just the doctor here. I was the patient first. I lost 80 pounds on physician-supervised weight loss medication, and that's why Lean Life exists."
Dr. Andrew Whiteman, Founder · Individual results vary
Real people. A real office you can drive to.
This isn't an app or a call center. It's Andrew and Gina, in Old Bridge, and the same faces every single visit.
Andrew has cared for patients in Old Bridge for over 30 years. He started Lean Life with his wife Gina so people here could lose weight the way he did, with a doctor beside them the whole way. His belief: medical weight loss should look like medicine, a doctor you can sit across from and a plan that changes as your body does.
Gina is the first person you talk to and the one who remembers your kids' names by the second visit. She runs the front desk and makes sure no one here ever feels like a number.
Today, more than 100 patients in and around Old Bridge trust Lean Life with their care.

The honest answers.
How much does it cost?
$199 a month, all-inclusive. That covers your medication (oral or injectable), your monthly in-person visit with Dr. Whiteman, bloodwork as needed, and unlimited check-ins between visits. No insurance and no surprise pharmacy bills. The consultation itself is free, and nothing is due to book it.
Is the program safe?
Everything is doctor-supervised. Dr. Whiteman reviews your history and labs before anything is prescribed, sets your plan, and adjusts it at your monthly visit. Medication is issued only when it is medically appropriate, after your consultation. You can walk in or text the office anytime with a question.
How much time does it take?
One short in-person visit a month at the Old Bridge office. Check-ins between visits are free and as often as you need, in person or by text.
How do I know if I'm a candidate?
That is what the 60-second quiz and your consultation are for. Dr. Whiteman decides together with you, based on your history and your goals. If he does not think it is the right fit, he will tell you directly.
Do I need insurance?
No. Lean Life is cash-pay, one flat $199 a month. No insurance required and no billing surprises.
Is this like the online weight loss apps?
No. Lean Life is in-person, in Old Bridge. You see the same doctor every month, you can walk in with a question, and your plan is adjusted based on how your body is actually responding, not a form you filled out once.
What does the consultation include?
A real sit-down with Dr. Whiteman: your history, what you've tried, why it stopped working, and bloodwork if he decides it would help. You leave with an honest answer on whether you're a candidate, and a plan if you are. The visit is free and there is no obligation to start.
How quickly will I see results?
Every body is different, so we won't promise you a number. For context, in the largest clinical trial of the weekly injectable medication category we prescribe, participants lost up to 20% of their body weight on average over 72 weeks. Dr. Whiteman tracks your progress at every monthly visit and adjusts the plan based on how your body actually responds. Individual results vary.
The version of you with energy, clarity, and confidence again is still in there. Let's find it together.
